Confidence is easier to build that you think. It requires you to find something you really do not want to do. You know that uncomfortable feeling of wanting to do ANYTHING else but that.

Go do it, do it again and keep repeating.

Something amazing happens to our brain. Scientifically we call it getting a Dopamine and Serotonin hit. What it does is it proves to ourselves (our ego is our friend - remember that) that we can do it. Once the inside believes it, the rest of you follow.

There, done. Problem solved, you are fixed. Now go change the world.

- I wish life was that simple; though it often is. What a coach does is ask you what you want to do and help you to find these mental and emotional roadblocks. Getting there takes time and it is a process. A coach will coach you to help yourself. By listening, understanding and getting to the root of the challenge. Not just the challenge itself.

Everything you need is already in you. A coach works to help you get in touch with the gifts you have that you cannot see and pretend do not exist. We nurture your unique ability and help to keep you on track when you get lost.

Its easy getting lost. Even us coaches have coaches.

We live in a unique time. We are always alone and always surrounded by people. Learning to ask for help when you need it and accepting it is the challenge.

Don't wait too long to start living the life you want. Its ok to be happy, rich and excited. Its also ok to be happy, poor and excited.
