About Me

Life’s lessons, bumps, bruises, and spiritual spankings has lead me to where I’m today. With the Grace of God, I am now thriving through and pass many of my life’s lessons.

As a Professional Christian Life Coach, my goal is to assist clients to thrive as well.

I design personalized plans to guide clients in achieving their god-given goals.

Many people come to me for advice, godly counsel, I’ve volunteered for several years as a GriefShare facilitator, Biblical counselor, and a women’s small group leader.

I enjoy encouraging people, advising, and guiding them to think about and discover ways to thrive and achieve their goals.

My academic background includes degrees from the University of Miami (B.A ’83) , and Life Christian University (Bachelor of Theology ’06). I earned my Professional Life Coaching certification from Light University (’22). In addition to certifications in Narcissistic Abuse and Mental Health.
