About Me

I'm on this planet to help people live the lives they truly desire, because I dream of a world with less frustration and "meh" and more fulfillment and awe. To do that, I work with leaders and teams and help them develop the internal resources necessary to be resilient in face of all kinds of challenges.

Certified Organization & Relationship Systems Coach and Professional Co-Active Coach, I hold the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential by the International Coaching Federation. I have more than 20 years of coaching experience.

Having lived in five different cities in three different countries and two continents, and having studied and taught in three different national school systems, I understand the challenge that a multicultural work environments may pose. I help organizations and leaders to embrace diversity and practice radical inclusivity.

I coach in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and I'm fluent in French.
