About Me

 I have always believed that the most profound growth comes through navigating life's transitions and challenges. My journey has been shaped by significant change and trauma, both personally and professionally. These experiences have forged my resilience and deepened my empathy, driving my passion for helping others.
From my very first teaching job, I felt a calling to support and guide individuals through their own transitions. As I raised my children, I learned the importance of balance, patience, and perseverance. These lessons were invaluable as I grew into an educational leader, where I had the privilege of assisting hundreds of people—teachers, principals, and parents—through their own unique challenges.
Throughout my career, I have relied on my significant amount of learned and lived experiences to provide genuine, effective support. Each interaction reinforced my belief in the power of understanding and compassionate guidance. I saw firsthand how powerful conversations could ignite personal transformation and help people set and achieve challenging goals.
These experiences inspired me to establish Unruffled Mind, where I dedicate myself to meeting people where they are, facilitating meaningful dialogue, and encouraging personal growth. My mission is to empower others to navigate their journeys with confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
