Ive been working with Brandy for over a year and she has been instrumental in helping me get through the pandemic and find a path forward. Her approach and insights are always accurate and very helpful for me. Im looking forward to the future now instead of being bogged down by regret and frustration.

Brandy is truly amazing. She makes you feel so comfortable and is really there to listen. She has a patient and kind soul that asks questions to help you come to realize what you need to be happy. She works with your schedule and is so understanding. So far the breakthroughs and revelations I have had are life changing. She really helps me understand my body and mind better. She has shown me beautiful grounding and uplifting meditations too that have helped me focus. I really recommend her if you are ready to get serious about your life and seize your happiness

I would highly recommend Brandy as a coach. She is friendly and personable, which makes for a safe coaching environment. She has helped me feel less overwhelmed so that I can focus better. Speaking with her weekly has helped build my confidence and improved my organization skills. Most importantly, she has kept me on track with her ability to keep me accountable. I am thankful that I have had the opportunity to learn how to build my business with Brandy. I look forward to our weekly meetings as I always know something new.

Do I really need a coach? Well you're reading this review, so I presume you already made up your mind. Now the question is, who should I choose for a Coach and why? I spoke with a few coaches before setting up a call with Brandy. The call with Brandy was unlike the other calls. It was clear she is someone I can trust and have candid conversations with. Which Ive learned is key to making coaching work. It's easy to say I know I want to do x and I can do it if I just follow these steps. But we've all been there, and by now we know the commitment doesn't last more than 3 weeks. Be honest with yourself... its about 3 weeks right? (pst... that's normal!) When you hire Brandy, she does more than help you push past the 3 week period. Brandy helps you identify whats holding you back from achieving your goals and she gives you the tools to move past them and achieve any goal you want to accomplish. She also teaches you make life changes in a way that will be easy to hold on to those changes forever. I could go on forever about all the amazing ways Brandy and her coaching has helped me achieved countless goals. But that's not whats important whats important is what she can help you achieve. Trust me, the answer is anything you value and want to achieve.
