My name is Beth Pellettieri (she/her), MPH and Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach. I’m excited that you’re here!

I found coaching through my own journey to happiness. Before becoming a coach, I worked at nonprofits. For 10+ years, I was good at fundraising, building systems, and helping match the back-end of the organization with the mission. I believed when our heart and soul are fully aligned with our calling, magic would happen. And, it did! I was successful in my work, but like many people from the helping professions, burnt out and exhausted.

When I found coaching, it was the happiest of accidents. I fell in love. In this space, I could support others in their journey for integrity, self-worth, and creating a life they loved.

The work came easily. The business part, not so much. So much of the advice was based in hustle, aggressive networking, and nonstop social media posts. I found myself trying lots of new things and then being overwhelmed and exhausted. The things that made me an amazing coach were suddenly considered liabilities in building my business.
Plus, with three little kids, I couldn’t afford to be exhausted by my business. I needed to make money and feel good doing it!

Through trial and error, I found a way to build my business that left me fulfilled, happy, and financially satisfied. I used my coaching skills to notice what worked, what didn’t, and how to build my day to include self-care, soul-driven decision making, and mind-body connection — all the things I love!

You don’t have to be exhausted and frustrated by your business or your work. Your calling and well-being are simply too important.
