About Me
I am a spiritual visionary with an anointing to help others bring forth their God-given visions. I am a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
Enjoying life is important and I feel that everyone should wake up each day excited about what is ahead of them. I want to help people get to this point. Finding my purpose is what lead me to become a Life Coach and I am excited to finally be living on purpose and not by accident.
I use spiritual direction in all of my coaching programs and a variety of life coaching tools. I started my coach training with Light University, part of the American Association of Christian Counselors. I hold a B.S. in Psychology (Life Coaching) from Liberty University. I am currently working towards my ICF credential and my Certified Christian Coach credential through American Association of Christian Counselors.
I have coached professionally for five years both individual and group coaching. I have 14 years of entrepreneurial experience. I have over 15 years of team development experience in litigation support, church, community mental health, and after school programs. I have mentored and coached individuals in business and spiritually. I facilitated recovery support groups for women overcoming life obstacles.

I would rate Ms. Thomas's life coaching services with good marks because she brought first hand experience and knowledge about Asperger's Syndrome to the process. Her ever present smile and calming demeanor made me feel like I'm not dealing with my son's condition alone. Additionally, her easy disposition was exactly the type of person my son responds well to.
