About Me

I am an ordained Pastor, certified life coach through the "Life Coach Training Institute" I hold a Diploma of Ministry, I’m a trained facilitator with V.I.T.A.L Projects specialising in facilitating action-based learning with group coaching in values growth. I hold my Cert III and IV in Fitness and I'm currently completing my Diploma of Counselling and my Bachelor of Theology.
I have been working with people in the leadership and personal development space managing teams, facilitating groups and working one on one to identify obstacles, overcome challenges, set goals and helping people move forward in life to be at their best for 10 years+.
I focus on a person-centred approach to coaching looking to bring out the best in people and encourage goal setting work on habit coaching, fitness, and values growth.
I believe you can achieve your dreams and move towards your potential with some encouragement, goals, structure and accountability.
I have overcome drug and alcohol addiction, trauma, anger and many other difficult circumstances.
I bring not just professional skills but lived experiences.
