About Me

Welcome. I’m a parent, Registered Nurse and passionate Life Coach based in Santa Barbara, CA. I am dedicated to partnering with individuals to help them re-connect to their authentic selves and create the lives and relationships they most deeply desire.

I strongly believe that our ability to connect with our authentic selves has been sabotaged by the expectations of our culture, societal systems, familial systems and more. I also believe as a culture, we often are encouraged to disconnect with our intuition and mind-body wisdom at the detriment to our mental and physical health.

I believe each one of us has all the answers inside ourselves, so I avoid advice-giving and instead use tools such as powerful questioning and deep curiosity to help unlock the truths within my clients.

Through coaching, therapy, yoga and nourishing relationships, I personally, developed a stronger self-awareness and discovered profound insights about self-discovery and embodiment, and the strength that can be cultivated by vulnerability and truth-telling.

In coaching, I empower clients to question their limiting beliefs and circumstances, imagine the unimaginable, then take practical action steps to create lives they deeply desire and relationships that are nourishing and fulfilling. I coach clients to create a deeper self-awareness and use various somatic tools to help clients become more embodied, facilitating a more integrated and aligned mind-body-spirit.

I completed coach training at Martha Beck Inc and am a certified Wayfinder Coach. I also am a practicing RN and use my health background to help guide clients to making more health-driven, embodied and intuitive choices around nourishment and movement.
