I’ve had the opportunity to experience the transformative power of coaching in both my personal and professional life, and I am passionate about helping others through coaching.

After spending 10 years in Human Resources, I decided to pivot into coaching in order to more directly help people feel seen, validated and supported without giving them advice or telling them what to do. I facilitate self-discovery, self-reflection, empowered goal setting and personal growth. In short: I help people help themselves.
