My name is Alícia Rius, and I'm a Self-Leadership Coach.
WHAT IS A SELF-LEADERSHIP COACH?

I work with clients who wish to improve their performance and fulfillment in their professional and personal life. My coaching method focuses on promoting Self-confidence, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Management, Effective Communication, and Conflict Management skills, particularly in Leaders who wish to become more effective and authentic in their roles and interactions with their teams and personal relationships.
My areas of expertise are Self-leadership in Life, Self-Leadership at work, Business productivity, and Career transitions.

With an MA in International Marketing and over a decade of experience as a Project Manager, I've helped many entrepreneurs succeed in their journey and individuals to achieve a purposeful life.
I'm also a mother of two, Co-founder of a Tech Startup, and business owner.
