New Year's Resolutions -- Decide to think rather than do better.
Here’s an idea if you’re tired of failing miserably on your New Year’s Resolutions, decide to think rather than do better in 2020.
Why, because we all have self-defeating thought patterns that get in the way of our most meaningful intentions, including resolutions.
Figure out how you need to think better to get what you want (optimism, ignoring negative inner voices, patience) and apply it, like a filter, to every conversation you have with yourself.
This isn’t a magic wand so be patient, forgive yourself when you don’t, have a broad vision of success and you can accomplish far more than losing a few pounds…
It’s never too late to begin living up to your potential and achieving everything you said you would.
