Well folks, it is that time of year again when we begin to reflect on the year we have had. The good, the bad, and the ugly. That is normally how it goes…right? Well, this year I have decided to approach this with a new perspective. The good, and the opportunities. The new perspective comes from one of the new foundation principles I am striving to incorporate into my life, and have learned through my coach training program at iPEC. The principle I am speaking of is, “You Cannot Make a Mistake.” What does this mean to me? It means there are no mistakes, only opportunities; that no matter what the outcome of any action, choice, or situation, there is an opportunity to learn from it. Always. Wow! What an enlightening and freeing concept this truly is. How great is it to not have the fear of making a mistake? It certainly makes me feel more courageous and apt to take chances on my dreams when I think of it that way! So, I challenge each and every one of you to incorporate this perspective when reflecting on your 2019. What were the good things? What were the GREAT things? And…. what opportunities do you have from what you have learned to take into 2020? Okay, so with this perspective in mind, my 2019 reflections are:
Good-In no particular order-
Went on a cruise with my Husband for our 5th wedding anniversary. It was our first major vacation together, and we had an amazing time!
Time spent with Grandchildren.

Have hired amazing new team members.
Began my coach training with iPEC.
Spent some valuable time with friends.
Have continued to grow in my role in my career.
Opportunities

Have had opportunities to make different hiring decisions.
Have had opportunities to handle situations with children differently.
Have had opportunities to be more intentional with the growth of my business.
