Negative thoughts are not our enemies...they are acting like a mother trying to protect her baby from doing the same mistake twice, but...
Fighting negative thoughts is really good for your brain and memory…….
However, …..
We should not resist these thoughts blindly, cause Negative thoughts are not our enemies…they are acting like a mother trying to protect her baby from doing the same mistake twice or to avoid doing things similar to her or his bad experience.
Our unconscious brain take all experiences personally if one of our sibling or friend have failed in some exam we believe that it is normal to fail too, we sometimes adopt from movies, TV or reality show actors experience, that is why when we face any negative thought we should acknowledge them and see if they are true for us and if we really need to learn something from this bad experience and see what need to be altered and changed in our new plan, as the great Albert Einstein said: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.
Our negative thought will remind us that there is something wrong is going on, a “Déjà Vu”, and we may need to look back and learn, so acknowledge your NT first and then release them and say: MUM; All will be right, just stay relax and watch me doing this, I am in top of it.
