Happiness and mental capability tips
One clear difference in the achievement capabilities of a happy person and & an ordinary person always striving for a pinch of happiness, is their varying degree of "Strength of their minds "
Most of the times our problem is "Weakness of Mind " .
That’s why we end up living a pale version of life and fail to recognize the easily achievable brightness that surrounds us.
Here are only 2 ways how you can strengthen our Minds :-
1) Increase your power of mind by doing those things which you are allergic to, which you will never opt to do. Choose small scale matters –“you don’t like to eat curd and you tend to vomit even if you see it. Now tomorrow is your resurrection day. You decide to have curd at least one teaspoon, no matter if you vomit. AND CONTINUE EVERYDAY. …of course be careful and ensure you are not allergic to the items and it does not trigger pathological allergic reaction to body..
Let me tell you the result.
Day1 – you will vomit. Day 2- you will vomit. Day 3 – you may vomit. Day 4- you may experience nausea but you will not vomit. Day 5- Only irritation but no vomiting. Day 6- Slight irritation but not even nausea. Day 7 – it’s just a unpleasant task like so many other things.
In a week, you have not only transformed yourself but unknowingly you have added huge muscles to your mind. You will wonder how strong you actually became after doing this small thing.
Do it daily as if, you are playing game with yourself. The most important part is to start. Once you start, game is yours.
Your initial massive effort will become a habit in a week and after the accumulated victory and you will earn confidence, winning these small but tough wars.
2) Physical fitness :- I am personally addicted to fitness. It not only gives you physical fitness, but the rationale of doing exercise is beyond muscles. The workout habit triggers our brain to release some good chemicals in our body which shifts us gradually from a neutral or negative mode to positive frame of mind. Each drop of your sweat forces our brain to change the way we see the world, situation and ourselves in this world. Daily 30 min light workout or guided workout (weekly 4/5 day) is highly possible for all of us.
So ? What you are waiting for?
