This is to call your attention to the experiences you recycle
Recycling experiences isn’t the issue to worry about but recycling negative experiences due to reinforcement of bad behaviours of negative and toxic people.
Tolerance is ok at some point, especially when you are hoping for corrections to be taken seriously to effect positive changes. Tolerance is ok, provided it doesn’t temper with your mental health.
In tolerating a toxic person, please ensure you are impacting them to be better person’s not enabling them to think it’s ok to be toxic to themselves and others. #Mentalhealth #PEGN #Emotionstherapy
