How to launch them into a reality?
These are truly important questions and especially at the very end of 2019.
I would reformulate them like this “What are regular actions the most important for me to do in order to make my dreams and goals into a reality in 2020»?
I want to dwell on three aspects that play an important role in shaping the living space and our “environment”.
Imagine you decide to transfer and to live some time in another country. Maybe someone already had a similar experience just remember it will be very easy for you to do this…
What will be there in that country? Just imagine that everything is absolutely new! If we really want those changes thus as soon as we tune in to them we immediately change these three components:
1. People, new environment.
Immediately ask yourself a question about your space (it may be people, place of living and etc.): “Is communication with this particular person enriching me, or vice versa, restricting me?” Is it useful or toxic for me?
Look at your usual social circle and decide how you want to expand your social circle in such a way that it enriches you in the figurative and literal sense of the word (if it is important for you to increase revenue in 2020). What is important for you to do now in order to attract new people into your life? Where can you meet them? Think, schedule places, possible meetings, and … act! Your Step N 1!
2. The things that surround you have a huge impact on our way of thinking and our beliefs. Often on the verge of change, we don’t even notice that things have accumulated in the closets that we don’t wear or use for more than a year. Almost every second client of mine talks about how many things he has and how sorry to part with them. Although a person has not put on these things for a long time, he does not wear and does not use them in his daily life. I carefully suggest that my clients “clean” their wardrobes, cabinets and the space as a whole, say goodbye to things that you don’t wear or use for more than 6 months! Then you can let in new material energy in their place! Often there is a need for a complete change of image or wardrobe in connection with the planned changes in life! Especially in connection with moving to another country. Your step is N 2.
3. Your usual daily routine: change it too! Get up 20-30 minutes earlier and focus on doing what you planned in the evening! Remember, for what important long-term goals you are doing all this! Waking up in the morning, do not waste precious minutes. Tell yourself something very pleasant, thank yourself for what you already have. Do your energy practice / exercise, a set of your exercises / poses from Yoga, meditate on your goals of the day, with feeling, have a delicious breakfast! Give yourself a pleasant, positive start to the day, even if you are very vague always in a hurry, remember that a morning break is important for your well-being! Your step N 3.
In order for everything planned to succeed, step 4 is also important, periodically a “push forward”, and it may be for you a supportive environment for your spiritual development, for example, a session with a psychologist who will coach you to achieve your goals for 2020!
You will feel how your new image of the world will change and ultimately what you will get during the day, as well as the path to your Dream and goal! I suggest not to postpone for December, but to start planning for the next year right now! Ready to join? You will play a transformational game which can replace 5-6 coach or psychological sessions! It is effective, easy, simple and quick!
