How to end your interview to make an impactful and memorable impression ->
At the end of all interviews it is common to ask the candidate if they have any questions. You MUST have questions or else they will find you uninterested in joining the organization.
I have heard from clients that at the end of the interview they are exhausted from answering all the questions and they actually have done a bunch of research about the company so they really don’t have questions. But the advice remains the same, even if you don’t have questions, you MUST at least ask one.
Don’t undo at the end of the interview all the effort you did during the interview.
Here are some suggested questions you could ask:
What is your training and development program like? (They will see you like to stay updated and want to invest in your development) What is a day like for someone in this role? (It will give you a good glimpse at their expectations for the role) What do you like the most about working for this company? (It will show them you are interested in the organizational culture) Finally, What are the next steps in the recruitment process? (Just pointing to next steps and signalling it is your last question)
