End Your Job Interview With A Question
You’ve done it. You nailed that interview and can’t wait to get your offer letter from your new employer. It’s all perfect, the angles are singing, and you can’t wait to get you first paycheck.
And then the interviewer ask, “Do you have any questions for me?”
What? You are so elated that you didn’t faint during the interview process, you’re standing there with your hand outreached, looking like a dear in the headlights.
Finish strong and ask a question. You want to burn a positive impression into the interviewer’s brain cells. Consider:
1. Describe your leadership here within the climate of the company
2. What is your favorite part of working for this company?
3. What best prepared you for working here?
4. Describe the average workday within your team
Not only ask the questions, listen closely to the response. This will give you clues as to how to transition into the new position seamlessly.
You’ve nailed your interview. Congratulations.
