I am enough. Life Coach Brandy my story.
Oh my gosh I am 43 years old and am divorced. Panic, self-doubt, failure and alone. Those are the words that were resonating with me over and over when I found out my husband had cheated on me with a younger woman. How would I get to I am enough? Let me explain my how…
It was October and my husband would go out almost nightly with friends or saying it was a board meeting and so many other excuses. The friend that he stated he was out with text me and asked why he wasn’t responding to texts… PANIC. The next day I wanted to have a conversation and he stated he wanted a divorce.
We had just built our dream house, we had built a successful business. Everything was crumbling around me… all I could think was why am I not enough?
So I moved out and there I was all alone and not having a clue… everything that I had worked for in life was gone.
Was I a failure? What is my life purpose? I was so depressed and lost I could not function. So that is when I turned to a Life Coach. I learned I am enough.
This was not my failure it was my time to find my life purpose. Coaching renewed my confidence that had been beat down. Renewed my focus and to love myself again.
I was a client for about 9 months and my coach is the one that told me I would be a great coach. So I went back to school for my Bachelor degree in Child and Family Welfare. Then enrolled in The Health Coach Institute where I fell in love with Coaching as a whole. Empowering people to win the game they are playing. And to understand that I am enough.
My commitment as a life coach to my clients is honoring them and the investment that they are making for themselves. Sharing my knowledge so that the change they are wanting to make is set up for inevitable success. Creating a safe environment so that the client can be 100% authentic. Holding them accountable to be their highest self. I am honest. Holding high standards. Sharing creative action steps , ideas and inspiration. Caring deeply about my clients and their successes. With this invitation you will have the ability to say I AM ENOUGH.
