Dealing with multiple High potential and high performing members in team.
Have you ever struggled with multiple employees in same team performing good with high potential and you have to pick choose one out of them? Many of us would have been in this situation if you are in the corporate world. While there are many ways of handling as rating them round robin, recognizing different people in different forums, choosing different methods to recognize like, award for one, pay hike for other and promotion for another. While this is the common ways, there is also a way to show them the way out which will empower them to explore more out of the box. Way out is not just for low performers but can also be for high performers who have high potential, after all it gives them the opportunity to explore in wider forum. Thanks to all my previous bosses who have retained me in many situations when I put on my papers, that gave me experience and thanks to my last boss who reluctantly accepted by resignation which empowered me to dream for even more bigger vision.
