These false beliefs have come from family, friends, media, teachers, society etc. Slowly, over time all of these seemingly insignificant beliefs have lodged themselves into your subconscious mind and have formed your conditioning, ultimately enslaving you.
These beliefs act like a conman, keeping you stuck in a rut and never allowing you to truly experience your full potential.
How can you recognise this invisible conman?
You may have heard its voice saying things like:“You’re not smart enough to achieve that.”
“You can’t afford that.”
“Even if you hate it, you have to do this job, it’s safe and reliable.”
“You don’t have enough time to follow your dreams or goals.”
“Who do you think you are? You can’t do that.”
“It’s not a good time in your life right now to make any real changes."
The list goes on and on.
Basically, any negative or self-sabotaging beliefs that you have ever had is the conman trying to trap you into a life of limitation. These beliefs stay lodged in our subconscious mind until they are challenged and re-programmed.
