How would you like to let go of stress and anxiety for good and learn techniques to manage and prevent it from affecting your life again?
Stress and anxiety are not always bad, in fact, they are natural ways for our bodies to help us to overcome or prepare for a dangerous situation or challenge. The feelings of stress and anxiety can motivate us to do the things that we need to do.
The symptoms of anxiety and stress are driven by the same chemical reaction which is our body releasing adrenaline which produces the physical and emotional symptoms that we usually associate with stress and anxiety such as fast heartbeat, rapid breathing, stomach ache, shaking, feelings of panic etc.
What is the difference between stress and anxiety?
Stress is usually described as the ‘reaction to the problem’ whereas, anxiety is usually described as a ‘reaction to the stress’.
Stress can be the result of external pressures and often ends once the event or responsibility passes whereas anxiety keeps hanging around after the problem is resolved.
