How to clear out choices through my simple 3F way of thinking.

This article can help a player (person) decide, which choice is best and which not, why is it better and why not.
Hi, welcome to my 3F way of thinking method.
In this article, I will try to present the way I usually think and guide as a coach, when I have a session with a player, who is dealing with one or more vague choices.
My method has 3 Filters. The choice that will manage to pass all those filters is the one which will undoubtedly help the player and clear out the dysfunctional options. The higher the score of each passed choice per filter, the better choice we have at hand.
If a choice fails to pass at least one of these filters, then that one can’t help the player entirely, or it may partially do, but at a great cost over their existence, due to non-compliance with the fundamental natural laws, we share as humans.
Filter one: TIME.
A convenient choice should help me do more in less time.
Example: This choice helps me cook three eggs per hour, while that one helps me prepare 5 eggs per hour.
Filter two: MATTER (Physical substance).
A suitable choice should award me for my effort in a physical way that I value.
Example: When I eat the 5 cooked eggs, I am not hungry anymore, or when I sell the 5 cooked eggs, I earn 12€, or when I give away the 5 eggs to a homeless person, I receive a warm hug in appreciation.
Filter three: EMOTION (How I feel).
An important choice should make me feel valuable and also valorize what I do/did.
Example: Every time I eat the eggs, I feel satisfied, or every time I earn the 12€ I feel happy and secure of my choice, having served my need for money, or every time I get a warm hug from a homeless person, I feel like a better person who has really helped a fellow human being.

As we can see, by altering the initial choice or the parameters of choice in the examples above, we will drastically change the future result.
As long as the choice is compliant and acceptable with each of the three filters, the outcome will certainly be useful and helpful for the player who does/did it.
On the other hand, if the choice hasn´t managed to pass one of those filters, in time, it’ll most certainly bring unpleasant symptoms, at the respective side of life, to the player who insists on applying it.
Thanks for your time.
