YOUR PIECE OF MIND MAY NOT BE PEACEFUL NOR HEALTHY, AFTER-ALL

There are many contributory factors leading to depression, reckless and insensitive talks to people, is certainly one of them. Speak with caution!
I ONLY SAID MY PIECE OF MIND, I HAVE NOTHING ELSE IN MIND"
I hear this kind of careless and insensitive talk all the time. As a matter of fact, I used to be guilty of it until I realized how destructive the prior words/action could be to the receiver/hearer. Preceding such statements are mostly some terrible words or actions said/displayed to another person, and in a bid to justify our words/actions, we come up with such statements.
I really want to tell us today that depression and suicide are real! You can easily say terrible things to people, and the next minute you insensitively say you have nothing in mind because you meant no harm. REALLY? Have you ever paused for a second to think of the impact of those hurtful words in the life of the receiver/hearer? Are you aware that words are like super glue, once poured, they stick? Do you know that you cannot take back your words, once spoken? Do you know that some one may be in the state of depression due to your careless talks? Do you also know that your careless words could lead someone to commit suicide? Do you know that someone might have given up on life because of your words?
Your words are all that will keep echoing in people’s heads because your intentions do not speak, even if they do, your words will always be louder. No matter who you are in life, whatever height you’ve attained in life, learn to treat people right, learn to talk sensitively to people because words are powerful. Stop murdering people with your words, stop talking people down, stop writing people off, stop stop stop already. #PositiveEmotionsNetwork #PEN #TruthHeals #Emotionstherapist #MentalHealth #sensitivetalks #carefultalks #stopmurderingpeoplewithwords #stopbullying #stoprecklesstalks #teachrightwithyourwords #correctwithlove #correctwithcare #stoptakingadvantageofpeople #chooseyourwordscarefully #Ichoosetospeakwithcareandsensitivity #Ichoosetogivelifewithmywords
