The study of Positive Psychology can lead a person to pleasure, happiness, and positive thinking; which can help them make decisions and life changes.
Positive Psychology
Positive psychology can be defined as the scientific study of what goes right in life from birth to death and all the stops in between. At the core of positive psychology are those things that make life most worth living. Although the study of positive psychology is geared towards the positive things in life, the negative things are not denied. The genuineness about life is a collection of both the good and the bad. Ultimately, you can view positive psychology as what you are doing as a person when you are not frittering life away; wasting the days away. Pleasure, happiness, and positive thinking are just some of the things that you can gain from the study and use of positive psychology.
Pleasure
Pleasure is a feeling or sensation of happiness, satisfaction, and/or enjoyment. In positive psychology, pleasure is associated with positive experiences. There is an experiential quality as well as an experiential quantity about positive psychology can help tap into your pleasure.
Happiness
Happiness is an emotional state of well-being that ranges from being content to the feeling of overwhelming joy. The profession of positive psychology has researched different theories behind happiness and will provide you with a greater appreciation of happiness.
Positive Thinking
Positive thinking (PT) is the mental mindset that creates your thoughts through energy; then that energy is transformed into a reality that ultimately leads to good results. For example, PT is when a person is optimistic versus pessimistic. Positive psychology can help you gain a better understanding of PT.
