Being Your Word VS. Reasons and Excuses

Yes = Yes,
Yes = Maybe,
Yes = No,
Which one?
How does it feel when you do not keep your word?
How does it feel when someone breaks their word with you?
All worth considering.
Taking it to the next level; not just giving your word, but BEING your word… what does it take to BE your word… truly considering what it will take to deliver on your YES, before you say YES and then having every action be in line with what you say you will do… and do it.
YES meaning YES, not YES meaning MAYBE, if I have time, if I can be bothered, if nothing better comes along, if, if, if, if, and not YES meaning NO.
Observing the concept of you and your relationship to your word is powerful work. We often live in a world of reasons and excuses, being late for a meeting, with a really good excuse, is the same as being on time right? Well, no. You are either on time, or you are not, you either do what you say you are going to do, or you don’t.
You choose to live life in line with ‘you as your word’, or ‘you as your reasons, excuses, justifications and rationalisations’.
The results will follow.
See what it takes for you to BE your word.
