Last FIFA’s last football match WORLD CUP MOSCOW 2018 ended yesterday. You know the results. France is the first. Just imagine faces and feelings of those teams who didn’t succeed in it or got the results that are not those that were expected!
Imagine their mood – it is the worthiest! But! In our ordinary not sporty life there are lots of situations where we are expecting to get a result but it doesn’t happen. And someone failed. They have no energy and strengths, they feel exhausted. Despite that everything is good around them: with their family, relatives, friends and etc.
One of the most effective things to do when you have such a grumpy mood is to resist to this thoughts and this decadent mood. In this video I am talking with you about one of the effective methods to overcome negative thoughts. And I say to you that this is very important to do!
Fill a list of your 25 achievements or great victories in your life! Put this list on your computer desktop or write it on a paper and hang on a refrigerator door. Check it when you have negative mood or emotions. This achievements will help you to move towards your goal and not to be effect by the grumpy mood or fears, or angry, suffering, or being exhausted by others!
First of all, my list of achievements helps me to live that kind of life that I wish and not only to exist.
