Choosing to work with a life coach can be quite a decision to make. How would you know if it’s time to hire a life coach? How do you trust it will benefit you?
Let me start this one off with a couple of videos -

Yet, most people don’t have a life coach. Why, because they feel they can do it on their own. They like being in the cage of their current comfort zone, even though it isn’t fulfilling. They keep procrastinating on their dreams and goals, and stay loyal to their zone of familiarity. Any departure from this zone, even for a small moment, makes them anxious and fearful.
If any or all of the above is true for you, you are normal. You are in the 98% of human population that chooses to stay along. You are part of the tribe that chooses mediocrity over personal mastery. You choose to be where you are, choose to continue doing what you are doing.
But not anymore, right? If you still reading this article it means you choose to revolt against this tribe of mediocrity and rise to your heroism. You deny staying average any longer.
The following 5 questions you need to ask yourself at this point (wherever you are in your life) are:
1. Is your life currently where you want it to be?
2. Do you want to live a lifestyle of your dreams?
3. Are you here to fit into the ordinary or are you here to create your own worlds?
4. Do you intend to go beyond just living in this world to discovering your purpose, your quest, your calling?
5. Or, you may have achieved a lot so far, but do you need help getting to the next level?
All your life, you have been always seeking permission to do (or not do) something. Remember your days from elementary or secondary school where you had to raise your hand and be granted permission to use the restroom. Growing up we get so attuned to this permission-based culture that instead of taking the leap we seek approval from those around us. We wait for that external reassurance and look to someone else to give us permission. This makes us vulnerable and often keeps us from living life to our full potential.
Imagine if you had, for once in your life, the full permission and support to live out your life just the way you wanted to. What would your life be like then? Just remember that you are whole and complete, a creative and an independent individual.

The Best In The World Have A Coach… So Why Wouldn’t You?
But, Coaching is Too Expensive…..
Understand this — Rich People Invest, Poor People Spend! Coaching is an investment you make to better yourself, something that will be well worth it. According to a study of Fortune 100 executives conducted by the Manchester Consulting Group, coaching resulted in a ROI of almost six times the investment. Done right, professional coaching can help you get amazing results. So, when you look at coaching, see it with an investment mindset and not as an expense.
All successful people have coaches that help them get more out of themselves than they ever could on their own. Get Yourself a Coach! Your future self will thank you for this decision you make today.
