Three Reasons not to Apologize

How not to apologize, do you find yourself always saying, I am sorry, for no darn reason? Putting your needs last and feeling drained and resentful?
Being yourself is not an easy task at all times. During the course of our lives, especially as women we are taught to apologize for almost everything we feel, want and do. Society, culture, and ignorance have created these stigmas over the years, sure we have come a long way but I find we are still apologizing for things we have a birthright to.
I have found three things, in particular, I will not apologize to anyone for, and I mean anyone.
My own self-worth, self-respect, and love for myself are vital to my existence on this planet being fulfilled. It is not selfish to put your needs first, nor is it selfish to say no when you mean no. Putting others fist can drain your soul and leave you sapped of all positive energy. Now I am not saying to not be a loving woman and give. Everything needs balance.
Apologizing for taking care of yourself is also extremely disempowering and allows others to have an invisible hold over you. When we apologize for our needs, we allow a dark, weak energy to enter our energy field and this teaches people how to treat us, it is a challenge to change learned behavior, but remember it takes 21 days to break a habit! And guess what?
You hold the power to do this.
These are my Three Reasons for Not Apologizing EVER………..
Never apologize for changing your mind. You have the right to change your mind about anything and owe No-One an explanation, I changed my mind id a complete answer.
Never apologize for putting your needs first, you see we can not give to anyone if we are depleted physically and emotionally. As women, this can easily happen especially if you are a mom or a caregiver to others. Put yourself on the calendar and if you need time, take it!
Never apologize for being you! You are a unique beautiful soul and do not need to explain what and why you do things to anyone. If you are met with negativity, you can say, " Thanks for your concern, I do not want to talk about it." End of conversation!
I am sure you can think up plenty of other reasons not to apologize because the list is pretty long, but remember the most important thing in all of this is “Stay in your Power” and love yourself unconditionally. I will not apologize for being me, the *^@king awesome women that I am. And neither should you.
