Are you feeling stressed out and overwhelmed? Here are a few quick stress reductions tips.
Are you feeling… burnt out anxious exhausted irritable impatient disconnected (from self, spirit, and others) resentful overwhelmed ??? If so, what little activity could you do today to help ease the tension? Here are some stress reduction activities to explore: spend time in nature journal be still/quiet for 5 min jam out to music laugh listen to an inspirational podcast move your body (walk, dance, run, stretch, etc.) pet/spend time w/an animal talk with someone you trust take 5 deep breaths What other stress reductions activities help you feel better?
