Rising From the Mud - New Beginnings

Big Life Changes challenge our identity. Divorce happens, we lose jobs and spouses, or the kids grow up and move out. But like water lilies - we rise.
Some life changes are great, but others feel like being thrown into the mud. It’s a foreign feeling being in mud. It’s cold, sloppy, smelly, and slows you down. The mud gets all over you, into every part of your life. It disrupts and dirties things, ruins things. No one wants to be there.
However, there can be some good that comes from the mud. Mud, for example, can have elements that feed life. As we navigate our way through these big changes, there are many lessons to be learned, resources discovered, strengths found… elements that feed life that are found in the mud.
Water lilies grow out of the mud. Their roots find the nutrients, stalks grow through sometimes very murky water, and they break the surface to open to the sun and show their beauty to the world. We can be like the water lilies.
Have you found yourself in the mud of life? Are you in the process of blooming, or are you still finding your way through the mud? A Life Strategy Coach will help you create your navigation plan so that you can also bloom.
