Do you feel sad sometimes? Irritated? Worried? Anxious? Or Angry? If your answer is YES, then please read on the core reason that could be the culprit
Can you look at your mental state right now? Are you happy? Or are you having any other feeling? If you are not happy, then can you think about the reason why you are not happy?
Some one irritated you? Made you sad or worried?
Many times, in life when we face or think about a situation, mostly we react to our perception about the situation rather than reality of the situation.
Suppose your close friend is not picking up your telephone call. One time, two times, three times….
Rather than trying to find out what the reality is, if we fly in our assumption sky freely, we get humpteen number of unfavourable thoughts in our mind which makes us sad, worried or frustrated.
If we pause for a moment and think about or try to know the real cause, we may come to understand his situation well and sometimes rush to help the friend instead of yelling at him or worrying about it.
We often react to our assumption or perceived truth instead of the real truth. We respond to our perception and not the reality.
Have you faced such a situation? Please feel free to share…
