walking around in pain, hurt and suppressed feeling can be dangerous. It causes harm!
‘How often do you keep stuff in for the sake off..? You don’t say what is suppose to be said, to keep the “peace”. How often don’t you do the right thing, because you don’t want to come accross as pushy, forward or nosy?
How often do you hide your feelings?
Walking around with internal conflict or suppressed feelings is not healthy;it increases risk full behavior. It alienates you, avoiding company to avoid having to address certain feelings or emotions. It keeps you in constant edge, ready to explode. People do not know when to laugh or play with or around you, as they do not know what your reaction will be. Your reasoning is overshadowed and impacts on the decisions that you make. Even though you think that you are hiding away what you feel inside, it is displayed in some way through your behaviour towards others. A nasty attitude is normally an act of unkind manners to display a form of protection, yet a form of hurting in return.
Does not matter how well we surpress what we feel, we are not okay. It seems to be in control, but it is just a matter of time before it explodes into an uncontrollable disaster.
It causes more damage when it is addressed after the explosion!
