Has it ever bothered you that a handful of your customers cause you more headaches than the rest of your customers combined?

It’s likely that of all the things you do everyday in your business, only 1-2 of those tasks make or break whether your day was successful or not.
Your task:
1) Plan the rest of your day right now. What are the two things that, if done, will bring more positive results on your day than any of the other things that you could be doing?
2) You are always going to have people criticize any action you take. Promise to yourself that you are going to put out your best work for the 80% of people that support you without considering how the 20% might react. Entrepreneurs spend way too much time managing the 20% that might criticize your work. Don’t let the 20% crowd keep your best work from coming out.
