All these and more is expected of you. It is presumed that you handle your professional and personal life in manner of unequaled grace.

Quite naturally there may be times when all you want to do is hide underneath the sheets and be invisible. Unfortunately if you are one of those people who set high standards for other people and an even higher one for yourself, then hiding is not an option. Putting pressure on oneself is not uncommon.
