When you get more skilful at discerning the feelings behind others’ gestures and signals the better you can control the gestures and signals you choose to send them.
An empathetic person excels at:
- Service direction and orientation. By Anticipating, recognizing and meeting human needs.
- Building and developing others. Identifying and sensing the needs to others to progress and boost their capabilities and abilities.
- Influence and Leverage diversity by cultivating opportunities through various human beings.
- Power consciousness by reading a group’s emotional tides and power associations.
- Understanding others by discerning the feelings and emotional state behind the needs and wants of others.
