75% you won't get that job. Want to flip those odds in your favor?

Whether interviewing for that next job or trying to grow sales there is a silent language going on around us. Its important to recognize it and use it
If so, you need to speak in the language that the interviewer is speaking in. Remember only 7% of effective communication is the spoken word. 55% is what we call non-verbal communication. Want to learn to speak in the language that will open doors, lower barriers, and increase the odds you get that job. What am I referring to?
DISC. The silent language that everyone speaks. DISC is an assessment tool that is used to identify your communication style. For many that have taken a DISC assessment that is where it ends. For most that have taken the assessment, they do not even remember what their DISC style was. Why? Because knowing your DISC style without anything else is meaningless. Where DISC becomes powerful is when you know your style but more importantly you know how to recognize the style of the person you are speaking with. Once you know how to recognize the “language” someone is speaking to you in you can then start to speak to them in their “language” This is where DISC becomes so powerful and where anyone who is in the middle of a job search or using language as their primary communication tool (sales) should learn this language, learn how to recognize this language in someone else, and then learn how to speak in this DISC language.
Imagine walking into an interview and the person behind the desk starts speaking. Imagine within a few moments being able to look around the office, evaluate the environment, watch the body language, listen to the subtle clues and within a brief time understand the language being used, and adjust your language to fit so that both of you understand each other perfectly. Would that give you an advantage?
There are many DISC Certified coaches out there. All will conduct an assessment and review the results. Don’t get me wrong that is important. Having clarity about your behavioral and communication style is important. But its only part of the puzzle. There are still missing pieces. As a coach and lifelong sales professional, I know how important communication is. I teach the missing piece. I will give you the tools needed to complete the puzzle and land that next great job.
