Perspectives

Our perspectives are the lenses with with we view the world. Change your perspective and you will see something entirely different.
You and I could look at the same coffee cup and yet we would both see a different coffee mug. That’s only because I’m seeing it from a totally different perspective than you are. Your thoughts alone may cause the mug to look bigger or shinier than what I believe it to look like. The angle of where you are sitting is also creating a different image than the one I am seeing. The fact is, we create our reality by how we view it. Lets say you and I both go to see a movie about animals. When it is over, you turn to me excitedly and tell me how much you learned about wild animals. In turn, I express tearfully how awful it was that most of the animals in the movie were kept in captivity. You and I both saw the same movie, but we each saw something completely different from it. This can be applied to any life experience. The lenses we choose to see through greatly affect what we learn, create, and experience in our lifetime.
