Unfasten your seatbelt

You are not shaped by circumstances. Find that freedom within.
Unfasten your seatbelt (and stay calm)
When it starts to rain, everybody thinks it must be a mistake or it’s like a problem- so they start running or hide and wait. And the whole collective thinking around you changes into: “I got to protect myself”. But what if the rain is not a problem? What if walking in the rain is actually quite a nice experience and you decide not to buy into the thinking pattern, which surrounds you? And you just walk in the rain, feel drops on your skin, feel your body getting cold. And you know you can take a warm bath after. So there is actually no danger for you and not a problem.
It is not the circumstances that change the experience of your day, but you decide how you move through that circumstances.
It’s the same principle when you take a plane: After 12 hours flying and being seated you are finally landing. And there is this moment, that there will be another 10 Minutes before you can independently move. But the moment the “Fasten the seatbelt” sign goes off, everybody jumps of their seats and goes into an almost panic state of mind. With hectic movement getting their bags down and putting on their jackets, sometimes pushing their neighbours and being most probably in an very instinctive part of their brain. SURVIVAL.
Instead of wasting these 10 minutes with an unnecessary behavior, you decide to keep yourself in ease, relaxed. Just try it yourself: can you stay relaxed, while 500 people around you in the space of 50 meters around you are producing and joining into a different kind of experience. That is a good practice to detach from collective mind and live your unique truth.
