Don’t leave your full time job yet?

I understand you have a very noble heart. I understand your love about helping people. I also understand the joy you get out of helping people.
I understand you have a very noble heart. I understand your love about helping people. I also understand the joy you get out of helping people.
I was no different from you in 2012. With dreams in my heart to start my own business, I got into coaching. Thinking I will change the world, one person at a time, I started my journey. And the journey was surely painful and challenging. With family to support, it is tough.
And I still feel, I have not reached there yet. I am still reaching. I have learnt it the hard way. I have learnt it by learning, experimenting, implementing and sharing.
And I do not want you to go through the same.
And if there is one thing that I would like to change in the past, then it would be this. The decision to be a full time life coach. I would have loved to be working in IT full time and being a life coach part time. Step by step, I would have loved to work under a full time coach, understanding the various nitty gritties about coaching. I would have loved to be an apprentice first and a full time life coach later. I did it upside down.
There is nothing more fulfilling than to see your clients being happy about the realizations they have had. There is nothing more fulfilling than to see tears of joy in your clients eyes, a big sigh and relief from the past thoughts and beliefs.
And you fill fulfilled as a coach. You feel happy. So go ahead and be a life coach. Do make a big difference to people’s lives. Go ahead and take the biggest leap of faith into coaching and making a difference to people’s lives. And think before you want to leave your job and get into this full time.
Though it is highly satisfying, it is smart work as well. Work with your coach as an apprentice for a few months, build up your practice and then you are on your way to coaching success
