What makes the successful people click? A lot of reading, study done and experiences gathered by me reveals the formula of success in simple 7 Steps.
st Pillar to Excellence: From Confusion to Clarity: I coach lot of executives and one of the major challenge they have is how do I choose what is best for me. I am confused. Imagine the ladder one is climbing is leaning against a wrong wall.
nd Pillar to Excellence: From Clutter to Concentration: Distraction, not being organized and focused efforts can withered away our energies in what is not important. Digging too many shallow wells in the ground and expecting to have water vs digging a really one or two deep wells to surely get the water. Learning about " Power of Less" and applying 80:20 Principle in what we do on daily basis can transform our life trajectory..
rd Pillar to Excellence: From Clamped by fears to Confidence:Famous saying “Feel the Fear and do it Anyways”. In my training on confidence, I always mention how fear grabs me every time just before I show up on the stage. I say “I look at the fear, thank it and keep it in my pocket and walk up to the stage”.
th Pillar to Excellence: From Carried away by feelings, moods and emotions to Consistency: Life is like a roller coaster. It goes up and down. We laugh and enjoy the roller coaster more when the fall is steepest, why not in the life? Rather than allowing us to get hijacked and stopped by these falls, why not take that much needed step to get out of it.
th Pillar to Excellence: From Casual actions to committed massive actions: Putting 100% in what you do. A distinction I am told in one of the programs. Casual actions only give casual results.
th Pillar to Excellence:Confined to old beliefs and past fears to continuous learning: Having series of Life long learning and experience. Being friendly with the technology. Learning and being with the people who have what you want.
th Pillar to Excellence:Complaining, comparing and Cribbing to capacity to enjoy the journey. Famous saying “Life is a journey and not a destination”. Imagine yourself reaching the end of your life and realizing did I really lived and enjoyed my own life or lived with comparison with others. Did I celebrate my wins? Living full out every day.
