Make 2017 A Year to Remember

In this brief article, I share my five top tips to create a year to remember!
It’s 2017 and what are you going to do about it? Below are my five top tips to take action on immediately, if you want to set up this year to be the year to remember.
Tip 1: Clarity
If you want this year to be a year to remember, you need to get laser focused on the outcomes you want for 2017. When you look back on this year, what do you do want to feel? What outcomes are going to give you that feeling? List them.
Tip 2: Do That One Thing First – Like Right Now!
You know which thing I am talking about! Now that you are clear about your outcomes, what is the one thing you could do that would make everything easier in relation to those outcomes? Do that first! Maybe make a plan, modify a plan, or take that first step.
Tip 3: Measure It
You need some 90 day benchmarks to shoot for. How will you know if you are getting those big outcomes, if you don’t create checkpoints on along the way?
Tip 4: Work It
No one ever said that a year to remember is something that is handed to you. You have to work it! Work your plan, and keep modifying based on feedback. There is no failure! Only learning and winning!
Tip 5: Balance It
You know you have to work it, but did you know you have to enjoy it, too?! Celebrate big and small moments alike, and pay attention to your daily progress! Acknowledging that progress will give you momentum, and will also make you feel great every day.
That’s it! Wth these five tips in play, your 2017 could turn out to be the best one yet, and maybe, turn out to be THE year to remember!
