Take a moment to reflect. To find the secret. How to grow your business.

You can work at the level of tactics. It’s a great place to start. This is my opportunity. This is the problem. It is a real challenge. If it was easy someone else would be doing it; or it would be done already.
You can work at the level of strategy. Also a great place to start. The way for us to create this value, to solve this portfolio of problems is to take this approach. Deploy these resources. A great strategist is an asset – to a team, a business.
Businesses work at the level of tactics and strategy. Keep the business flexible, changing and dynamic; transform the business to keep ahead of the global competitive marketplace. Phew!
That’s it isn’t it? No great secret to growing your business.

My journey is about my Intuition, Compassion, Determination and Fearlessness. It has not always been this way for me; but it is now.
My intuition – the small voice inside of me, tells me what is right. My compassion, for myself, for others means that I am grounded, can listen and respond without agenda. My determination means that I keep going when others would stop; beyond what is reasonable. I recognise legitimate fears – see them as concerns and act upon them. I face my own fears, know that they are my thoughts, the story that I have created; move beyond my fears to calm, to tranquillity, to peace – and so become fearless.

It has worked for me. My clients businesses have grown; by 65 per cent in a year for one client.
