Helping millennials life's transitions and motivation through a process designed by 2i2 Life Coaching.
Being born between 1980 and 2000 will earn one the label of millennial. The millennial generation has had the luxury of being raised in a society that is known for quick fixes, short attention spans, unlimited technology, entitlement, enablement, and everyone getting ribbons for participating.
Because of this environment, some millennials now feel lost. They realize the adult world isn’t the picture that had been painted for them. Some realize they were denied learning valuable work ethics, communication skills, social skills and life lessons such as how to fail and pick yourself up. Every adult is shaped by their childhood. Every adult is shaped by society. We can all blame our parents or society, but at some point we realize it is time to go out and acquire those skills that we are deficient in.
That is where Blazing the Trails comes in. Blazing the Trails is a process developed by 2i2 Life Coaching that is used to help millennials get to the next step in life. Whether it is helping millennials choose a college, finish college, get a job, move out of the house, find motivation, or hone their presentation skills, their thinking skills, or their social skills; Blazing the Trails is a 10 session life coaching program used to help accomplish any of these goals.
Life is like a journey by bike. We all have a bike, but sometimes we need a guide to help us navigate a particularly new or scary mountain. You bring your bike. I will bring the map as we go through the Blazing the Trails process:
•Choosing the Destination
•Stories of Former Rides
•Breaking Barriers
•Choosing the Trail
•Tuning the Bike
•Testing the Equipment
•Blazing the Trail
Sometimes riding a bike isn’t so easy. It may be tough, but it will be worth it. The cost is way cheaper and less time consuming than one course at a university. The value will be much greater and our ride together will personalized and dare I say fun.
