Happy Spring! This is my favorite time of year, the flowers are blooming, the days are longer and nature around us is singing with the new season. Woohoo!
Change, however, does not always feel good especially when life feels as if it is happening to us versus creating our destiny. We all experience both positive and negative incidences in our life and often the response is to react, this is human nature. As things don’t always come together as we plan, and this creates frustration and even, stress. So how can you take your lemons and turn them into lemonade? Try these 4 mind shifts and tips, to learn to take on the CEO position of your destiny.
Mindshift One: One incident or change in your life does not define you, in fact, it shapes you toward an exciting new destiny, you just don’t see it yet. Usually, the missing piece is what brings things all together. It may not make sense right now, however, what is in your future is greater than what’s in your past. Tip: Keep moving forward!
Mindshift Two: Strain means blame. By placing blame you create strain in your mind and your body which leads to negative energy in your life. Tip: Stop the blame game and think of solutions more and problems less.
Mindshift Three: Remember that a temporary setback to a temporary situation leads to a temporary feeling. Hit the pause button, breathe, relax and know all will be well. Stay in pause and take care of you first, this may mean go for a walk, declutter your mind and allow fresh new and positive thoughts to enter in. Tip: Say WELCOME! Welcome in originality to your life.
Mindshift Four: What might be the answer is just around the corner in the shadows of fear or denial. Raise your vibration as the depths of your past is the height and brightness of your future. Tip: Place radical intention and attention on your desires, not your fears.
