My gig is coaching and my coaching niche is Career Changers ( the “I need a job I don’t HATE & what was I born to do on this planet” folks).I believe that our careers are gifts ( talents) that we are born with, and we sometimes have a hard time identifying what they are. What we do ( career/ job) become our individual gifts to our world and our “name tags” of who we are. This is why we focus so much energy on “what we do” or “what someone else is doing.” When we are aligned with what that “is” — LIFE evolves into better than GOOD, it becomes GREAT!!!
Did you know that 60% of our population HATE their current career?? Really?? Ain’t that a bit scary? We spend so many hours at our “JOBS” and we HATE what we do?? NOT COOL- and it doesn’t have to be this way.
Gone are the days when you HAD to take over the family trade. Technology has given this earth more than just the latest IPAD but a host of new career opportunities— careers that are congruent to our gifts/talents. Let’s not be associated with the 60% " I hate my current career TRIBE" but transition into the 40% “life is better than GOOD, its GREAT TRIBE.”
Coaching can’t be explained. It has to be experienced!
