Stress or Joy - it's your CHOICE

As a Transformational Coach for Men, I find my clients during this season in particular are overwhelmed by all we know we have to do.
During this season in particular we find ourselves overwhelmed by all we know we have to do. Wrap up work projects by end of year, prepare for the holidays, honor social commitments to friends and family, and do it all with a smile.
At times we can forget the end goal and why we have made the decisions to do all of the things we have committed to doing. It becomes a burden, stressful, and ultimately can suck the joy out of what this season is all about. Viewing these tasks as a “have to do” instead of what you originally signed on for… a want to do.
A simple way to stay connected to the joy of your actions is to see them as honoring your values. Every task you complete expresses what those values are to the world. By taking action towards completing your responsibilities you express what you believe is important, and re-enforce the truth of it to yourself and the people you choose to be in your life.
