Life (UN)Scripted

Get off the treadmill and get your life on the track you want to be on. All you need to do is take 1 small step!
Have you ever felt like you are on this treadmill going and going and never getting anywhere? Or have you ever felt like your life is leading you and you are not leading your life? Do you feel like things happen and they are out of your control?
You are NOT alone!
Everyday people let their lives control their feelings. In other words they re-act to what is going on in their life. They are allowing things to happen and then have feelings about what happens. Every single human being is programmed this way internally. It’s natural and habitual to react to what goes on without given second thought to how we can program our life the way we want it first.
You may be asking how can I program my life the way I want it. It’s all about putting your feelings and thoughts out BEFORE life happens, not after. In other words you think and feel the way you want your life to be before hand.
I will give you an example. If you get to work, and things are going really badly and your computer is giving your problems- you feel frustrated. You arrive late to a meeting to find out that you’ve been allocated a new project – annoyed. You get back to your desk to find out that deadlines you thought were next week, are actually today – mad. See how situations are influencing your feelings? As result your feelings are going out the universe to bring you MORE situations that match those feelings.
Instead what you could do. Is you arrive at work and your computer is giving you problems – laugh out loud and say to yourself “oh well – guess I won’t have to work to hard today”. What are you feeling – happy, relieved? When you feel happy and relieved your feelings you are sending out are those of peace, happiness etc. So situations will start to happen around you that brings you more of those feelings.
Maybe you really want to change jobs, but don’t know how you are going to even look for a job when you are so busy morning, noon and night. What you want to do is find some time to script out your life exactly like you would want it to be. By writing down the smallest details of your life you are setting your intentions and feeling the feelings of already having your life exactly like you would want it to be. By feeling the feelings when you write it, you are sending energy to the universe that attracts more things to happen to bring you what you want.
Once you have scripted out your life exactly how you want it to be then visualize it, as often as possible and feel the feelings of already having your life exactly like you want it with the people,places or things in it you want to have.
Remember the human brain does not know the difference between real or a visualization.
So the next time you are letting life run you, take a step back, script out what you want your life to look like and then visualize it.
Take whatever action you feel inclined to take, whether it’s to re-read the script every day, visualize the scenes in your head, or take some time to meditate and connect within.
Soon your scripted life will become exactly what you want it to be and you’ll be taking your life back!
