Having been at the helm of her company for 25 years, Angela Civitella continues as president of Intinde. A management consultancy, she helps the company aim their services toward the profitability and proficiency of how a business should work, not just according to facts and figures, but people. Ms. Civitella is confident in her company because she understands how to choose the correct candidates for a team.
Ms. Civitella is an expert in learning by experience, stressing the importance of confidentiality and trust, and having a personal and personable approach. Throughout her work-week, she ensures that people that have been placed in roles of high responsibility have been placed correctly and handling crisis management for executives. Ms. Civitella also helps those who have difficulties with their new responsibilities realize their skills sets.
To keep abreast of changes in her profession, Ms. Civitella holds memberships with CREW, BOMA, IFMA, TCI, and the Florida-Quebec Chamber of Commerce.
